U20 Women’s WC Qualifier-Kenya vs Ethiopia, who next to face Ghana?

DK4D4R_WkAAS1xEKenya held Ethiopia to a 2-2 draw in the first leg match played at the Hawassa International Stadium in Ethiopia. Two goals in the last ten minutes by Corazon Aquino and Maureen Khakasa salvaged a draw and two crucial away goals, giving Kenya an upper hand ahead of the second leg to be played today.

With Ethiopia poised on making amends for drawing at home, this game has all the makings of an epic battle. Kenya has home court advantage but can the Starlets deliver ?

As Ghana demolished the Algerians in their own backyard in Algiers a fortnight ago,Ghana playing at home in Accra against  the Algerians will be nothing but a stroll in the park as   the Ghanaians  look well on point to make it to the World Cup in France. However football is full of uncertainties and Algeria promise not to go out without a fight.

As Kenya face off against Ethiopia, the winner has an up hill task facing Ghana in the next round of qualifiers.
